Al khayma Marrakech - Rooftop Restaurant

Arrived about 6.30pm and the restaurant was empty. However live music started as we walked in and we benefited from good service from all the waiting staff. We were a party of 9 and ordered a variety of dishes so food arrived about 30 minutes after ordering. All was good. Would recommend to order some sides with your tagine as it is just the meat cooked in the tagine included in the dish. It's convenient because it's very close to the main square and I expect the atmosphere improves as the evening gets later.

Easily the best atmosphere rooftop restaurant in Marrakesh. Food was really good, came super hot which I love. Best views of Katoubia Masjid. But the music, singing, dancing and atmosphere was second to none!!! We had such a great time. The singer even sang songs to us 🤣. Service was very quick and easy. Very family friendly. THANK YOU SIMO FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE Not sure what the bad reviews were about! Stayed at a local hotel and went here every other day! Food was 10/10 and my server SIMO TURKEY was very friendly. Had a good chat and was an absolute brilliant server. Their pizza and crepe was 10/10 best I’ve had here in Marrakesh. Definitely ask for simo to be your waiter when you come here!

With his positive energy, he kept us laughing, was always there at exactly the right moment, and made sure every single second that we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. You can immediately tell that he is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to give his guests a perfect experience.
