I wish I could give 0/5, my experience was so disastrous. I tried the services of two different staff members, but the conclusion was always the same: a blatant lack of professionalism, disregard for hygiene standards, and unsuitable manicure equipment. I even injured my finger during the service. When I reported these problems, the manager gave me explanations that I found misleading, instead of acknowledging the situation and offering a solution. Such a level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it can endanger clients' health. The team is in dire need of training, both in the techniques used and in hygiene and customer service. A truly lamentable experience: I strongly advise against going to this establishment.

The salon manager is not welcoming at all. The staff changes every time I go. Most of the time I'm not satisfied with the results. I've had enough!
