I went for eyebrows waxing and shaping. Awful experience, to start, the girl breath was unbearable and very bad. The wax was not meant for eyebrows (sensitive skin) and was so hot which led to burns all over my eyebrows. When i told her that she said it is normal. She lached the technic as well. I do not recommend at all

I had the opportunity to be pampered at Total Look with a hemam massage, manicure, pedicure, and hair straightening treatment. Nadia and Abdou are very friendly and welcoming. Souad and Adrae have magic hands. Nawar is very meticulous and the result was magnificent. As for Abdou, he gave me great advice on a hair straightening treatment suited to my hair type. I have to say that the result was quite impressive, lasted quite a bit and I had no hairshedding or the burnt look I used to get from previous treatments. I had a lovely day with a professional, smiling team who took great care of me. I highly recommend Total Look and will definitely be back when I return to Casa.

Amazing salon. It was my first time going and I will definitely be going back. Abdou cut my hair perfectly the way I wanted and was so nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve never walked out this happy after a haircut! The manicure was flawless too. Same goes for the waxing services! I’ve finally found a place where I can get everything done without having to compromise on quality.
On top of that, the team is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Not to mention their impeccable punctuality — something rare, if not impossible to find in Morocco.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I went in to get my hair colored, and since I’m pregnant, the stylist was very thoughtful and recommended a hair color without ammonia, which is safe during pregnancy. He was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My hair turned out beautiful — I absolutely love the color and how healthy it looks. I’m definitely coming back again soon. Highly recommend!
