The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner. Beds were extremely comfortable and location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. The location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy.
The only staff member I spoke to at check in was polite and spoke good English which was helpful.
On our welcome message, it states that check out is up to 11am and the property will undertake an inspection prior to check out, however we needed to leave at 9am to catch a train but the only WhatsApp number we were given was unavailable in the morning at check out time. I left messages and videos of the apartment and contacted the agent prior to leaving but this did cause a slight delay on check out

What a good person Zouhir, he made me feel important to him and he was very friendly to everyone. Some guests were arrogant to him because the lift didn’t work but things like that can happen and he was very polite and friendly to them. Thanks Zouhir for everything

I arrived at the hotel in Rabat, Morocco after a long night flight, only to find out that there was no room available, despite my confirmed booking. There was no one at the front desk to assist, no solution offered, and the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. They had clearly sold our room to someone else. This is unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for their guests.

The hotel is nice but very expensive compared to Morocco. The air conditioning in the room, I rented was not working. I did not say that because I was tired I went straight to sleep but it was very hot. The night staff was very kind.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and would recommend to everyone. Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, and most importantly the staff were so friendly and hospitable. I want to thank Fouad and Yousuf at the front desk for making our stay a comfortable one.
