I arrived at the hotel in Rabat, Morocco after a long night flight, only to find out that there was no room available, despite my confirmed booking. There was no one at the front desk to assist, no solution offered, and the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. They had clearly sold our room to someone else. This is unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for their guests.
