I stayed here for 7 nights last week with my wife and we had a lovely time. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, whether this was the reception, concierge, housekeeping or restaurant staff. They were receptive to any issues or concerns we had and always delivered service with a smile.

The room itself was nice. We stayed in a deluxe double room on the fifth floor. The bed was spacious and comfortable, there was a TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix which was very helpful on the rainy days! However two qualms I had - which have been pointed out by other reviewers - is the fact that the shower, whilst powerful, did have a tendency to leak. Thankfully we never found ourselves in a position where the entire bathroom flooded but it was less than ideal. On top of this, the windows were not airtight and this resulted in quite an unpleasant sound and draught when the wind was blowing through, but other than that it was a quaint and comfortable room.

The breakfast was lovely with a decent variety of continental foods and dishes throughout the week. The staff in the restaurant were really nice and made sure everyone was taken care of. In particular, I really enjoyed the pastries and cakes. These were always fresh and delicious.

The location itself was honestly fine. It does have a tendency to get a bit rowdy at night but thankfully we didn't have any bad experiences and the surrounding shops and businesses were nice. The hotel itself is nicely situated

We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived around midnight, the front desk informed us that our room was not ready and that we would need to stay at another hotel for the night.

The front desk proposed that we stay in a neighboring three-star hotel for one night at the same price we paid for this five-star hotel, offering a free massage (which we did not need or want) and free buffet access as “compensation.” This proposal was made close to 2:00 a.m., when we were exhausted and had very limited options.

This solution was completely unreasonable. The alternative hotel was worth roughly a third of the price, and charging us the same rate felt extremely unfair and exploitative. Overall, the experience was very poor, and the handling of the situation left us feeling taken advantage of.

Additionally, the front desk assisting us did not have a name tag and refused to provide his name when asked, which further reduced our confidence in the professionalism and accountability of the hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

I had an excellent stay at ONOMO Hotel Casablanca City Center and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located—close to major sights, restaurants, and easy transportation, yet still quiet and comfortable at night. The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and comfortable, with good soundproofing and reliable Wi-Fi.

What really stood out was the staff. Saad, Rashid, Mohammad, were welcoming, and genuinely helpful service at Breakfast. Khalid was helpful at check in and check out. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, which made a big difference.

The breakfast was fresh and varied, with both Moroccan and international options, and the common areas were stylish and relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the quality, service, and location.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

An excellent stay with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the staff is friendly and professional, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. Great service and good value for money highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Casablanca.

Bathroom had leakage in drains, shower is strong but floods the whole bathroom, room has cockroachss and bugs, safe was broken. The reception staff not so friendly but the waiters like Saad and Yousuf had great customer service!
