We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived around midnight, the front desk informed us that our room was not ready and that we would need to stay at another hotel for the night.

The front desk proposed that we stay in a neighboring three-star hotel for one night at the same price we paid for this five-star hotel, offering a free massage (which we did not need or want) and free buffet access as “compensation.” This proposal was made close to 2:00 a.m., when we were exhausted and had very limited options.

This solution was completely unreasonable. The alternative hotel was worth roughly a third of the price, and charging us the same rate felt extremely unfair and exploitative. Overall, the experience was very poor, and the handling of the situation left us feeling taken advantage of.

Additionally, the front desk assisting us did not have a name tag and refused to provide his name when asked, which further reduced our confidence in the professionalism and accountability of the hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
