Small space, no hygiene protocols for manicure tools, the result is good, but the application process leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't go back, be careful! Check the sterilization of their tools.

I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment. Instead of starting immediately, we discussed the delay for 15 minutes. We had agreed on a manicure and pedicure, but due to the delay, we decided to just get a manicure. The service was supposed to take two hours, but it was rushed through in just 25 minutes. The esthetician then went to see her boyfriend and left for her own appointment. There were no other clients waiting, and the salon was empty, which shows that my lateness wasn't really a problem, but that I was simply disrupting her personal plans. No professionalism or cleanliness whatsoever. Poor service and no disinfection. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Avoid this salon at all costs!

Endless wait, arrived at 12:15 pm and left at 3:30 pm, despite having booked appointments beforehand for three manicures and three pedicures. We didn't get two pedicures, tired of the wait. The manager, unaware that we understood Arabic, even sent someone else who was clearly embarrassed to avoid serving one of us. The result wasn't great, but the price was the same as in France.
