Honestly, 800 dirhams for hair and makeup is highway robbery, especially since the makeup wasn't disinfected and the hairdresser hadn't been trained in modern hairstyles (she's still doing 1995 styles). It's throwing money away. How can you call yourself a professional if all your equipment is dirty? I got breakouts. And don't even get me started on the hair. I went home, undid everything, and went to someone who actually did what I asked for 200 dirhams. A disgrace! Beyond that, the service and attitude were deplorable. You feel bad saying something's wrong, otherwise you get a look or an inappropriate comment. First and last time.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit. I made a deposit in advance without any problems, and we had a firm date and time agreed upon. Despite this, I had to wait for about an hour without receiving an apology or explanation. The makeup artist was unfriendly and disrespectful. It was particularly unpleasant that she spoke to her friend about me in my presence, even though I had paid the full price (800 dirhams) and naturally expected a professional service. The rest of the staff were friendly, and the actual work was technically sound. Unfortunately, the makeup artist's unprofessional behavior completely ruined the result for me. It's a real shame—professionalism and respectful service urgently need improvement here.

Today I had a "La Reine" hammam experience which was absolutely exceptional. The scents and products were top-quality, and the woman who took care of me made the experience completely enjoyable, with her gentle and kind manner. I also had a very well-done pedicure. I highly recommend this salon! Thank you again for this lovely experience.
