Very disappointed with the reception. A more professional and respectful attitude would have been appreciated.

Avoid at all costs! The food was mediocre, hygiene was completely lacking, and the staff were disrespectful. A very bad experience.

The place is beautiful and wonderful, the atmosphere is perhaps relatively good, but this is my overall assessment that encompasses all the reviews.

The experience at this place has always been positive. In winter, the tagines are spectacular—a real treat! It's one of the best places we visited in the entire Moroccan area. It's very well thought out, but the owner needs professionals to help maintain the hygiene of the bathrooms and the pool, and to provide toilet paper. These are details that would make this place the best in the entire Shar9 area. More people from other cities, not just Taurirt, would come.
