O'Natur'elle

The salon is very clean, the two people are very kind and professional, I highly recommend it 🥰👍 …

Your professionalism and level of customer service leave much to be desired. I've been trying to book an appointment for over a week now without any active response from you, regardless of the communication method: WhatsApp, phone call, Instagram. And to top it all off, the salon is currently closed (without having informed clients beforehand) after I personally went there this morning to no avail. Your customer service is appalling!
