La vallée D´or Spa

I'm leaving this review after my wife's numerous visits to this establishment. Unfortunately, the experience is always the same: the staff is extremely rude and their overall behavior leaves much to be desired. The most unacceptable aspect is the completely unpredictable pricing: prices change from one visit to the next for the exact same service. A simple blow-dry jumps from 50 DH to 80 DH without any valid justification when she asks for an explanation. A total lack of professionalism and transparency. I absolutely do not recommend it.

A special mention goes to Kabira, who is simply incredible! I've had the opportunity to enjoy several treatments with her (Head Spa, manicure/pedicure, etc.), and each time she has been absolutely perfect. She is gentle, kind, and above all, very meticulous and delicate. She truly takes the time to do things properly, with great care and attention to detail. I have rarely met someone so passionate, conscientious, dedicated, and meticulous in their work, and these qualities remain consistent, regardless of the service.

I've been going to this spa for a year now. I really like it; the staff are very friendly and professional, and the hammam is clean and relaxing. My scrub is done by Fatima, who is very skilled and provides a truly pampering experience. She's also very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The hammam is fantastic, with all the necessary products for pampering yourself. The treatments are performed with great professionalism. And the massage… simply incredible! 💆‍♀️ The quality rivals the best Thai massages; you leave feeling completely relaxed. As for the hairdressing, nothing to complain about: they're top-notch, using excellent professional products and providing superb service. 💇‍♀️✨ And a big thank you to the owner and manager, who is absolutely lovely, very kind, helpful, and professional. You receive a very warm welcome and immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend this salon in Harhoura! I will definitely be back. ❤️

There are no price displays; prices seem to be based on what the customer thinks they can get away with. I was quoted 350 dirhams for the hammam, but I overheard an employee telling a customer it was 250 dirhams. Another customer I spoke to had the same experience. The salon across the street, Chic Choc, on the other hand, is fantastic; their prices are clearly displayed, and you're greeted with a smile.
