The Wi-Fi is good. There's air conditioning and plenty of heating. There's a private bathroom with a separate shower and toilet; two bath towels and one hand towel are provided, but there's no hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast is fairly substantial, and you can get refills of coffee and bread from the cook. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the bus station and the old town of Medina. There's a large Carrefour supermarket nearby, about a 12-minute walk. The safety is definitely much better than in the old town of Medina.
