Do not expect the breakfast to be wow, the cafe is clean and calm but not the best cuisine nor service

We ordered a Moroccan breakfast, and we waited 45 minutes, but they didn't bring us anything, not even coffee. The worst coffee and the worst service I've ever seen in a café is what happened here. …

It's been over 45 minutes and I still haven't received the breakfast I ordered.

The service was extremely slow. We ordered at 10:20 am and weren't served until 11:20 am. It's a disgrace; everyone who arrived after us was served before us! The food wasn't good. The hamlou was watery, without almonds, and cut. Even the children were very unhappy! The bread was dry, and the omelet was served cold. The order wasn't complete. Nothing was right. In short, don't stop here for breakfast if you want a hot meal and to be served in a reasonable timeframe.

Walked in 4 staff at the counter asked to eat , sat down and waited 10 minutes for the waitress to arrive with the menu after having to ask to be told no food ! 4 people at the counter no one could tell me no food , dont waste your time

Nice place. The waitresses are perfect. Reasonable prices. One drawback: the football match started, and the volume got extremely loud!!! on the TV on the terrace, as well as the one inside. I had to leave to escape the cacophony! Not everyone has to enjoy that kind of noise. A little respect for customers who want to relax or chat in peace and quiet would be appreciated! In short, an excellent place, but best avoided during matches unless you enjoy excessive noise. If this happens again, just for the sake of respect, I won't go back, even though everything else is impeccable. There are plenty of quiet, spotless cafes, even those with TVs!

Not really sure if there’s a point to leave a review cause I doubt they’ll read this but our experience at the cafe was so disappointing. We had gone for breakfast at 8:45 am as the place opens at 8 am. We had a bus to catch at 9:30. Once we arrived it looked like they were just setting up which I guess is fair but the girl spoke zero English and zero French (which was surprising). The woman washing the bathroom was also the cook so it was evident they were so understaffed. We ordered an iced coffee and an omelette each. 20 minutes later they had not started , the coffee machine wasn’t even turned on. When I asked the waitress she looked so confused - started looking for glasses to serve the coffee in , slowly realized they had no glassware( pretty sure she went to the neighbouring shop to grab some later). After 30 minutes of waiting and no steps had been made to make our breakfast we had to leave or else we’d miss our bus. I’m sure they’re a great spot on their good days but my goodness this waitress looked like she had zero idea about what was going on. Cute shop though from an aesthetic point of view but would never go there again.
