Everything went very well. The doctor and all the staff were very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was seen just as quickly.

A very disappointing experience. The consultation was rushed; the doctor didn't take the time to listen or explain things properly. The reception was unprofessional, and the way she spoke to patients was truly unacceptable. I didn't feel respected or comfortable going to this practice. Furthermore, for a simple check-up, I was asked to pay again without any clear explanation. I strongly advise against going to this practice.

A very bad experience. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional, and the way they speak to patients is unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable due to a complete lack of respect. Furthermore, I came in for a simple check-up, and I was asked to pay again without any clear explanation, which I found unjustified. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a medical practice. I will not be returning and I strongly advise against going there.
