15 Oct 2025The doctor refused to see us during working hours, and his assistant insulted the patient, worsening her condition. The quality of service is abysmal, which is unacceptable in a healthcare facility. Without immediate and decisive action, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and the Ministry of Health.

15 Sept 2025Dr. Mehdi Berrada demonstrated great professionalism. He took the time to explain each point clearly and pedagogically, which was very reassuring. His secretary was also excellent: welcoming, efficient, and attentive. I highly recommend this practice.
