Dar Salam Clinic

ZERO!! ​I had an incredibly stressful experience during a minor pre planned surgery due to severe administrative incompetence and poor patient care. Arriving at 7:00 AM, security refused to open the main entrance and sent us to the ER. The receptionist on duty was sleepy, completely unresponsive and kept on questioning my pre-approved insurance paperwork (prise en charge), which the clinic had already filled and received approval for. ​After the procedure, the afternoon staff showed complete confusion over our file, made mistakes giving me another name on one of the papers. And despite having paid all out-of-pocket costs upfront, they tried to pressure us into paying the full amount in cash and billed me for two days instead of half a day. Basic post-operative support was absent no staff were available when called, no basin was provided when I needed to vomit, and construction work was taking place right next to the ER/operating area. ​To make matters worse, I was told to return two days later to resolve the overcharge and collect my stamped anesthesia insurance forms because I also had to pay for anesthesia prior to the planned surgery. When I returned, I was kept waiting for +4 more than four hours, only to be told they could not issue the refund for the extra day and attempting to manipulate the payment terms again asking me to give the full amount in cash and wait for reimbursement although the insurance already approved covering that amount. The lack of organization, transparency, and care was truly appalling!!

I want to extend my deepest thanks to all the staff at the ER and Intensive Care Unit of Clinic Dar Salam. I arrived in very poor condition and was taken in immediately. The professors, doctors, nurses, and all the staff showed me kindness, professionalism, and attentive care throughout my stay. I’m leaving in good health, and I’m truly grateful for the support and compassion they offered during such a difficult time.

I was visiting Morocco with my sons when my eldest came down with something that concerned us gravely. Through some local connections, we found ourselves at Dar Salam, and will remain forever grateful to have experienced quick, compassionate and expert treatment at the hands of their excellent staff of nurses, physicians and technicians in our moment of dire need. Thank you, Clinic Dar Salam.

On behalf of my entire family and myself, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at the clinic who cared for my brother with such professionalism, kindness, and compassion. A huge thank you to Professor Abbassi, intensivist, who supervised everything with great attention to detail and guided us towards the best team, including Dr. Benjelloun (ENT specialist) and Dr. Yazaji (psychiatrist), among others. Thank you all for your expertise, dedication, and unwavering commitment throughout his treatment. I would especially like to acknowledge the nurses : Sofia, Ilham, Ahlam, Badr, Chaimaa, and others, whose constant support, attentive care, and extraordinary compassion provided immense comfort to my brother and our family during the most difficult times. You made everything so much easier for us. Your outstanding work and human approach made all the difference, and we will be forever grateful.

I would like to thank the staff at the Dar Salam clinic casablanca, who literally saved my life especially the emergency department and a lady at the reception who offered myself Assistance and assurance when I came to the clinic and I was on welchair what made feel like home and forgotten about my sickness. My sincere thanks to them and love to the great people who works hard for their patients.i recommended highly, amazing medical care.
