Commercial Pharmacy

As a regular customer of this pharmacy, I feel compelled to respond to this review. It's important to remember that pharmacists' primary mission is to work in the best interests of their patients. Unfortunately, as in all pharmacies, there are occasional stock shortages of certain medications, sometimes even products that were available just days or weeks prior. Furthermore, refusing to dispense or exercising caution when dispensing certain medications is not a sign of disrespect, but rather a professional obligation. Pharmacists have a duty to combat the misuse of medications and to comply with current regulations, even when this may be misunderstood at the time. Personally, I have always received a warm welcome and advice at this pharmacy, with seriousness and professionalism. I believe that a misunderstanding can sometimes explain this type of situation, without any intention of discrimination whatsoever.

Extremely disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. I entered this pharmacy with a valid prescription and was simply ignored. I was told they didn't have the medication, even though my husband obtained it there just two weeks ago. When I asked if they could check in the back, they refused, without any explanation, without even bothering to look. In my experience, it seems the female staff at this pharmacy treat men with more consideration than women, which is deeply shameful, unfair, and unacceptable. I will never set foot in that pharmacy again. It's a guaranteed waste of time if you don't want to feel humiliated and disrespected.
