To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the way my wife was treated by a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, whose behavior unfortunately fell short of the professional and ethical standards of the medical profession. Indeed, this doctor took it upon herself to reprimand my wife inappropriately, raising her voice, under the pretext that she had not provided her with proper prenatal care, even going so far as to refuse to deliver her baby without attempting to understand the circumstances. I would like to clarify that my wife resided in another city, where she received regular and thorough prenatal care at a public hospital, and that she has all the necessary medical examinations and tests confirming the healthy progress of her pregnancy. Such behavior runs counter to the fundamental principles of respect, attentiveness, and humanity that should characterize the relationship between medical staff and patients, particularly in a situation as sensitive as pregnancy and childbirth. Therefore, I would be grateful if you would consider this complaint and take the necessary steps to prevent such actions from recurring.
