I am very disappointed with my experience. The doctor was fine, but the receptionist was unpleasant, cold, and disrespectful. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. A better reception is essential in a doctor's office. I hope this point will be taken into account to improve the quality of service.

I went with my father for a followup after a request by the doctor as he is very old, I was totally dismissed by this doctor, absolutely rude and unprofessional, asked me to get out and didnt give me time nor answers for my questions, then told my father that he doesn't like people to come in with patients, in addition the reception stuff dont answer phone calls at all and i absolutely wouldn't recommend.

Excellent doctor! Reassuring, compassionate, and highly competent! He also has excellent communication skills, something many healthcare professionals lack. The reception area is also impeccable. Well done, keep up the good work.

A complete lack of organization and a disappointing reception. Despite a follow-up appointment requested by the doctor after 10 days to monitor a painful problem inside my eye, the appointment was not honored. When I called, I was told to come only on Monday, then once I arrived, I was required to come very early in the morning to take a number, as if it were a first consultation. This way of managing patients demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. The reception clearly needs improvement and deserves to be handled by more competent and respectful staff.
