I greatly appreciated my consultation with Dr. Reitzer. He took the time to listen attentively, understand my feelings, and clearly explain the steps to follow. He is a compassionate, caring, and reassuring doctor who puts his patients at ease with his simple and precise explanations. I highly recommend him!

I went for a consultation where I mentioned I had body aches, a headache, earache, etc., and he didn't even take my temperature or look at my ears. Very rushed, I don't recommend him. He couldn't even diagnose what I was experiencing, which was really disappointing. However, he was very good at judging antibiotics and the timing of paracetamol, which several doctors had advised me to take. In short, I don't recommend him at all, especially disappointed by a French doctor. Nevertheless, I'm giving one star for the receptionist who was lovely.
