He examined her, reassured her, and spoke to her in simple language to help her understand the cause of her pain. He gives each patient his time, listens attentively, and explains things clearly and simply. We also mustn't forget the nurses who work with him; they are very welcoming, professional, and responsive. They are also very helpful on the phone, and the doctor even replies to WhatsApp messages.
