A very bad experience, both in terms of reception and the medical consultation. At reception, I was very disappointed by the way I was received. The woman didn't even take the time to explain things properly, and the way she asked for payment was very unpleasant. Regarding the doctor, I came with genuine concerns for my daughter. Unfortunately, I didn't find the attentive listening or empathy I expected. He left me standing while he looked at the X-ray and simply told me that my daughter's case was "almost normal," without taking enough time to explain what he had observed or clearly answering my questions. When it comes to a child's health, listening, respect, empathy, and clear communication are essential. I left this consultation even more stressed and frustrated than when I arrived. An experience I do not wish to repeat.

A very disappointing experience regarding reception and information. My father needed to have a test done as part of his medical follow-up. His neurologist referred us to this clinic, telling us that they performed the test there. However, when we contacted the clinic, the receptionist told us they did not. Faced with this response, I called my father's cardiologist, who confirmed that the test is indeed performed at this clinic. When a patient is being treated for a serious condition, this kind of conflicting information can waste precious time and create a great deal of confusion for the family. It is essential that the reception staff have reliable and verified information about the tests offered by the clinic.

A very bad experience. My daughter was suffering from significant pain, but the radiologist claimed she had nothing wrong and even implied she was exaggerating; he was rather harsh with her. Eventually, endometriosis was diagnosed. I find this lack of attentiveness unacceptable.
