29 apr 2026A few weeks ago, I bought some msamen at this bakery and found a piece of plastic inside. I went back to report the problem, but the person there didn't even bother to apologize. She simply gave me a refund with a cold smile. I asked to see the person who makes the msamen, but I was told she wasn't there and that they would just talk to her about it. No apology, no consideration whatsoever. I do not recommend this place. Clearly, hygiene standards are not being met.
