Very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations. The saleswoman was very cold and unpleasant from the moment I arrived: no greeting, a closed-off expression, and no desire to have a proper conversation. Regarding WhatsApp, responses are delayed and only available via text message, sometimes with a lack of professionalism in the communication. I wanted to place an order and asked for the bank details to make the payment, but I was simply told to come directly to the store. In this case, I don't really understand the point of offering WhatsApp contact for orders. When I went to pick up my order, even when trying to contact them by phone, no one answered; they only respond via text message, and even then, with a significant delay. I tried asking questions via text message to find out if the order was ready and received a curt and very delayed response. As for the products, the Magnums are really small, and the cake, honestly, is nothing special considering the price. It's a shame, because with a warmer welcome and more appealing products for the price, the experience could be much more enjoyable. I don't think the price is justified. The welcome and service clearly need improvement.

This is my first time trying this cake, and honestly, it's absolutely amazing and tastes incredible! God willing, I'll try other flavors in the coming days. May God bless you all! ♥️

An excellent place for birthday cakes! The creations are magnificent, the taste is superb, and the value for money is unbeatable. On top of that, the service and welcome are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!
