I think the doctor who works here needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I want to share a regrettable experience I had during a consultation at a public hospital. When I was seeking medical help and a certificate for my absence from work, the doctor refused to examine me and spoke to me disrespectfully. She justified her refusal by claiming that I hadn't consulted a doctor on the day I fell ill, even though my condition prevented me from traveling. I find this incomprehensible and unacceptable behavior from a healthcare professional. I hope this kind of situation can be avoided in the future so that patients are treated with the respect and attention they deserve. On another occasion, she spoke to my wife about my little girl's vaccination in a vulgar way, saying things like, "Women today are irresponsible." She is a terrible doctor.
