My advice: do the minimum here only as the premium offering is not guaranteed even if you paid 500 Dhs for premium package.

I experienced the same story mentioned by other guests - the reception lady, who spoke perfect English while I entered the Hammam, suddenly lost her English capability to communicate when I tried to query about the missing service.

Still, the traditional scrubbing and ghassoul treatment is one of a kind and I loved the lady who carried out the service for me, but I don’t like the feeling being targeted scammed (simply because I mentioned that I’m a first time comer to Hammam here?) especially when I found this has already been reported by other non-French/Arabic speaking visitors in the thread. Pricing can be another topic if you bother to do some research - let’s say that 500 Dhs per person should be mysteriously high for a non-private service being made in public Hammam space here that makes mistake like this simply not an option, whether it is intentional or not.

I would suggest people who don’t speak local language to go for the golden package (300 Dhs) only as the clay mask and argan oil massages is totally left out for me and as mentioned by other guests.
