Possibly the worst place I've ever been to - should've turned around when I had the chance. The communication was great however the service wasn't. Would not recommend to tourists. The girls looked like they weren't expecting us, despite book a day in advance. The hammam service was terrible - it wasn't a steam room but a shower where they stuck 2 of us despite there being no space for two people. In addition, the employees continued to giggle and be unprofessional. For the pedicures they cut the nails way too short and it lasted about 10 mins out of which most of the time the girl was on her phone. Regardless of language barrier the employees did not even attempt to give us a moment to translate or understand a few gestures.
