This Ibis hotel is a joke. The staff are untrained and unprofessional. The room itself was mediocre and looks nothing like the advertised pictures.
I submitted a written complaint regarding my check-in experience; I felt incredibly uncomfortable due to the hostile attitude of the reception and security staff. Instead of investigating, the manager provided a defensive response without verifying the facts.
To make matters worse, during breakfast, a staff member was circling a staff member was circling the lobby where we had breakfast to solicit guests for positive Google reviews.
Management should focus on providing quality service that earns good feedback naturally, rather than soliciting it to mask a poor experience
Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh.
