A wonderful hotel that beautifully combines authentic Moroccan heritage with modern elegance... What truly sets it apart is the staff, every single one of them, who demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy.
I chose this hotel especially for my wife’s British family, as it was their first time visiting Morocco, and they were truly impressed by the exceptional services that exceeded their expectations. This positive experience led my wife and me to decide that this hotel would also be our choice for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect.
l woud like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the reception team, the security staff, and the housekeeping team for their outstanding efforts, which left a wonderful impression on us.
Just one small remark: the swimming pool seems a bit small compared to the size of the hotel and could be larger to accommodate more guests.
Nevertheless, the overall experience was exceptional, and I’ll certainly return to this amazing hotel with great pleasure.
