This is a true pearl—a place worthy of all the awards and Michelin stars that exist, and the very special place that makes it worth returning to Rabat again and again.
The owner, Hussein, greeted me warmly and invited me to take a seat, watch football, and enjoy dinner at the same time. He himself prepared Harira and a Tajin with slow-cooked beef from the thigh—it was simply amazing! He then invited me to lunch the next day before my train, promising to prepare another dish. When I arrived, he greeted me with a smile, and within 10 minutes, I received a new Tajin, this time made from beef cheek—once again, it was simply spectacular!
This is what true Moroccan hospitality looks like. I want to especially thank the entire staff (sorry, have not asked for their names)—the assistant of Hussein, as well as the ladies who help with the dishes—thank you all so much!
