⚠️ had dinner at Little Mamma in Agdal, Rabat on August 1st at 22:56 and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
While eating my pasta, I found a long hair in it. It was disgusting.
The real shock wasn’t even the hair, it was the staff’s reaction.
The server and manager acted as if nothing had happened: no apology, no compensation, no attempt to make it right. We still paid the full price, despite the obvious hygiene failure.
To make it worse the lady at the cashier was openly rude,the security guard behaved like an overzealous police officer instead of someone ensuring a welcoming environment.
We stayed calm and classy, but the way they treated us was unacceptable. Basic hospitality and hygiene standards were completely ignored.
I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others to think twice before dining here.
