I would like to sincerely thank the entire KITEA ZENATA team for the outstanding support I received during my four visits. I wish to express my particular gratitude to Ms. Samar ❤️ "your smile brings light and kindness to those around you," and I also extend my thanks to this helpful lady for her administrative advice and her support in her interactions with the KITEA department heads. And also Mr. HISSI Ousama, I would like to thank him for his professionalism, his invaluable help regarding the measures adapted to my requests, as well as for his advice in all departments of KITEA right up to the last day of the final checkout of my items. His support was extremely valuable and I am very grateful to him. I would also like to thank Ms. MERYEM for her kindness and help in both the home textiles and home decor and lighting departments. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. AIT RAIS Hamza, an exemplary manager, for his administrative assistance during my last checkout. His availability and efficiency greatly facilitated the end of my shopping experience. And of course, I mustn't forget Mr. TOUHAMI, who took care to pack my items and move them to my car. His professionalism, kindness, and practical help were greatly appreciated.

Thanks to them, I was carefully guided through all the departments, with clear explanations, tailored advice, and constant support.
