I had a very upsetting experience today at Aeria Mall. While I was simply checking the menu at a fast-food snack, a security guard approached me in a very disrespectful way, ordering me to move and acting as if I were doing something wrong. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for.
However, I want to give a huge thanks to the staff member at the snack counter who stood up for me and corrected the guard. While the service at the snack was great, the security guard's behavior was unprofessional and ruined my visit. I hope management looks into this.
