My sister’s admission to this clinic was an absolute nightmare. There is no sense of humanity here. The staff shows no empathy, and the people at the reception barely acknowledge you, let alone treat you with kindness.
There is zero transparency or communication. Doctors don’t bother to inform family members about treatments or medication. My sister was kept in isolation for days without any clear explanation. This is not care, this is pure injustice.
I would not recommend anyone to seek help here. Instead of support and recovery, patients only experience more suffering.
