A good experience with this clinic, which we discovered by chance online. We went there in an emergency because my mother had dislodged her feeding tube and needed to have another operation. We first went to the clinic where it had been inserted, but the gastroenterologist was traveling at the end of August, and we were clearly told that it would be difficult for another surgeon to find the same abdominal access. My mother can only be fed through a feeding tube. Disheartened, we went to other clinics at the time: I won't name them, but they were veritable dumps where hygiene and staff left much to be desired. We randomly consulted the internet—after praying—and went straight to the Al Amane clinic, which we had called beforehand. The anesthesiologist and the owner received us and reassured us despite the delicate nature of the operation. The owner, who is also a doctor, quickly ordered the necessary equipment and called the gastroenterologist, who hesitated a bit but finally agreed to operate on my mother.
She only stayed two nights. Everything went well, alhamdulillah. It was peaceful. She wasn't intubated. We were afraid of that. The place is clean. The staff is attentive and professional. Luckily, we didn't pay attention to some of the negative reviews.
In any case, my sister and I thank them from the bottom of our hearts and wish this young clinic the success it deserves. Thank you!
