The 1 star is only for the medical staff and nurses. I have never seen a clinic administration that closes at 4.pm. the lady who is in charge of billing is vulgar,incompetent and inhumane. She kept adding extra things to make us pay for something that is not in the bill. we paid 1500 mad which is not included in 6500 mad bill.(she told us to see it with the doctor)
My night over there: the room was noisy since it is in front of a tramway line and Train station.
The room was too hot. If you open the windows, the noise become unbearable. There is an Air conditioning but it is not working.
The room was swarmed with mosquitos at night that sucked the hell out of my blood. I asked them to open the door at night but i couldn't sleep due to noise coming from other rooms and strong lights in the hallway.
