I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Casablanca!
Ms. Chaimaa is the face of this hotel, her welcoming approach, timely responses, and exceptional support made our stay outstanding. She truly goes above and beyond for every guest, making sure all needs are met with genuine care. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality makes every interaction delightful!
Ms. Houda also delivered excellent service. Very professional and always ready to help. She is absolutely amazing!
From the moment we arrived, Ms. Oumaima at the front office ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. Her communication was clear, and she was super helpful and kind throughout our stay.
A special mention to Mr. Mohamad, the Food & Beverage Manager humble, polite, and incredibly supportive. His attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience.
Lastly, Nabil deserves appreciation for always spreading positivity with his warm smile and exceptional service.
