Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which we reported twice before any action was taken. We were eventually moved to another room, but it took far too long to resolve.
Breakfast was poorly managed. The dishes that were presented as “clean” were actually dirty, and breakfast items were rarely restocked, which made the experience unpleasant and unhygienic.
The one saving grace was the staff, who were consistently very friendly and polite.
Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay and fell well short of expectations.
