Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As an American woman staying at this hotel, I have been treated as if I were not even a human being worthy of greetings and common courtesy. Perhaps this is cultural, but I would expect a luxury hotel to at least show some degree of cultural sensitivity and respect for women. During my entire stay, the hotel staff only acknowledged the presence of my male companion and ignored me as if I were the dog by his side. Absolute disgusting service here.
