I had dinner at Dar Beida. The food and atmosphere were good, but the parking attendants completely ruined the experience. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
When I addressed their behavior, they tried to justify it by saying they are “stressed at work.” That is not an excuse to treat paying guests badly. If the staff are under that much pressure, management should fix it — customers should not be the ones who suffer.
This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel and honestly disappointing for a brand like Hyatt. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel or its restaurants
