I've spent 3 days here. The room is minimalist and great ! The service and reception are top. For me it's great for work not thing to disturb you. The breakfast is amazing too

This Ibis hotel is a joke. The staff are untrained and unprofessional. The room itself was mediocre and looks nothing like the advertised pictures.

I submitted a written complaint regarding my check-in experience; I felt incredibly uncomfortable due to the hostile attitude of the reception and security staff. Instead of investigating, the manager provided a defensive response without verifying the facts.

To make matters worse, during breakfast, a staff member was circling a staff member was circling the lobby where we had breakfast to solicit guests for positive Google reviews.

Management should focus on providing quality service that earns good feedback naturally, rather than soliciting it to mask a poor experience

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh.

From the minute I arrived until the moment I left, I had a lovely experience. The staff are super hospitable, the rooms are clean and a good size,the food was great, and the facilities are all you would expect from a modern hotel.

I watched the Champions league football at the bar surrounded by friendly people, very comfortable environment, I almost fell asleep. It's located in a prime location, next door to a main train station. Overall 10/10 experience for the purpose of my visit. I will definitely be returning whenever I need to visit Rabat.

Excellent hotel in a great location next to the train station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I only have two minor suggestions for the front desk: guests who are waiting should be acknowledged instead of staff chatting among themselves—a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” goes a long way. Additionally, basic English communication would help international visitors. Overall, we truly enjoyed our three-day stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

At the hotel, there is a welcoming atmosphere with a very hospitable staff. They helped us get our luggage inside and to our rooms. In my room, there was very good service and dinners last until 10pm. Overall I’ve enjoyed my stay so far and looking forward to experiencing more while I am here.
