I had dinner at Dar Beida. The food and atmosphere were good, but the parking attendants completely ruined the experience. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

When I addressed their behavior, they tried to justify it by saying they are “stressed at work.” That is not an excuse to treat paying guests badly. If the staff are under that much pressure, management should fix it — customers should not be the ones who suffer.

This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel and honestly disappointing for a brand like Hyatt. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel or its restaurants

A comfortable place to stay overall with free breakfast for Hyatt members. The room toilet was problematic since the toilet area only had a toilet seat, so we had to walk through the room towards the bathroom to wash hands in the sink. Also the toilet area was too small. The door opened inside and i had to scootch though to exit

First of all, the location is good, close to the nearby market and very convenient. The hotel staff and service were outstanding. We were on a family trip, and it was my husband’s birthday during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate his special day in a truly wonderful way.

The lady manager (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was kind enough to accommodate one of my special requests, and I can’t thank her and the team enough for making the day so memorable for us.

I had a vacation to Morocco and stayed here after my flight arrived. I had a great experience. The airport transfer is very reliable and our driver was very courteous. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a suite and it was very large. The room was a bit dated, but the service is absolutely exceptional. The breakfast is also incredible and is definitely one of the highlights.

Awesome location. Super friendly and courteous staff.
Room was big with an amazing view of the mosque and bazaar. Well stocked with amenities.
Breakfast was standard and nothing to rave about.
The concierge helped in locating a lost watch of a colleague and needs special mention. This was exceptional and the team deserves many kudos. Keep up the good work and no wonder that this property is so sought after.
