Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which we reported twice before any action was taken. We were eventually moved to another room, but it took far too long to resolve.
Breakfast was poorly managed. The dishes that were presented as “clean” were actually dirty, and breakfast items were rarely restocked, which made the experience unpleasant and unhygienic.
The one saving grace was the staff, who were consistently very friendly and polite.
Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay and fell well short of expectations.

Believe the reviews! This is a terrible establishment (and I don't often say this). I would give this zero stars if I could.

Not only did staff have minimal English and were generally unhelpful, but the hygiene of this place was very concerning. I found a used ear plug in my fully made bed (thus the sheets had clearly not been changed) and the breakfast dishes were thoroughly smeared with grease. There was clearly no commercial dishwasher, which is surprising for a hotel this size. The breakfast offerings were very greasy and lucklustre and I would have actually preferred to eat elsewhere.

I only stayed here as I was on a @GAdventures trip and there was no other option. Given the feedback from multiple travellers, I think this arrangement needs to be reviewed an either hygiene standards in the hotel markedly improved, or the contract pulled and given to another hotel in Casablanca. @GAdventures needs to look into this as a matter of priority, as it leaves a poor initial impression of the company and has travellers questioning the standard of accommodation for the remainder of their tour. The hotel also appears to be located in a questionable part of town, leaving solo female travellers feeling unsafe, even in broad daylight.

The room was okay. There was a weird smell and large stains across most of the floor, but for the price it was fine enough.

However, at breakfast I got told off for putting water from the water cooler into my drink bottle. The guy was super rude and wouldn’t give me a reason it’s not allowed just saying “it’s the rule” over and over again. I didn’t even eat breakfast so the fact I wasn’t allowed 500ml of water was pretty ridiculous.

There are hundreds of hotels in Casablanca for a similar price point. Pick one with better service.

Stay at your own risk! Anyone who loves beg bugs and bad service should stay here. We had 3 superior rooms booked for 6 people and we found bed bugs. And lots of bug poop. They know they have an infestation and don’t do anything about it. The rooms and walls are moldy. Dirty disgusting carpets. Very low standards of hygiene. There were possible human poop stains on the bedsheets. The hotel rooms are a disaster. Do yourself a favor find another hotel ….

The receptionist when checking in was rude and very unhelpful. When asked about the parking she said "ask security" and walked off. Funnily enough, security were the nicest and most helpful people there. They even ensured my partners car tires weren't wet so the car doesn't skid at one point.
The room needs a deep clean, with areas of dust build up otherwise the room was decent. The shower on the other hand didn't have enough water pressure which I hope they look into.
I also tried their breakfast one morning, it was not the best. The potatoes were undercooked, pastries and bread were dry, and there were ants crawling everywhere. The only edible thing was the scrambled eggs and sausages. The best part was the coffee machine to be honest.
