This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The location is very convenient and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with quite a number of sites of attraction within a short distance -thr Old Market, the Hassan Tower, the Royal Palace, the Medina etc.
The hotel's personnel are courteous and helpful. Rooms are neat with great views. Lodging could be on "bed & breakfast" or "bed only" basis.
Thing to note:
* Electric power outlets are Type C and Type E. So remember to pack an adapter of your home country uses plug types that do not match Type C or Type E outlets. A voltage converter is also necessary if your devices operate on a voltage lower than 220v.

The hotel must have received its 5 stars a long time ago. The rooms were not great and smelly. Old wooden furniture that was nicked all over. Bathrooms were really dilapidated. Towels and linen were more than tired. Definitely too pricey for what it was worth! The only upside: Staff was really nice and friendly!

We spent two vacation days in this so-called 5-star hotel, but it was an absolute nightmare. The entire place smells terrible – from the hallways to the floors and the rooms. There is clearly something very wrong with the ventilation system.

The air conditioning in the room does not work: it runs, but only blows warm air. The furniture and carpets are dirty and smell bad, and the rooms are damp. Even our clothes and the bedding felt clammy and moist.

Our daughter was given a flimsy folding bed with a thin, smelly blanket that must have been decades old. I suffer from asthma and since this stay I’ve experienced serious lung problems. My husband and one of my daughters, who both have allergies, also suffered symptoms they haven’t had in years.

Two days without rest, without sleep, surrounded by dirt and stench. Never again – this hotel is anything but 5 stars, more a source of health problems.

I booked this hotel expecting a smooth and professional experience, but my stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Check-in was late and disorganized, taking 1 hour and 40 minutes. The staff even blamed Booking.com, despite the fact that I had messaged the hotel the day before to confirm my 14:00 arrival, and they replied “OK.” This shows a complete lack of coordination and accountability.

After finally getting to my room, I discovered there were no towels at all from 15:00 until 19:00. The explanation given was that the delivery truck was late—unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The worst part came the next morning: I was woken up at 9:00 by cleaning staff entering the room without knocking. Not only was this a serious invasion of privacy, but it was also completely unnecessary, as check-out time is 12:00.

Overall, the service was careless, amenities were not provided in a timely manner, and guest comfort and privacy were clearly not a priority. I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

I must add: through everything that happen, I have constant feedback to team.

This shouldn’t have a 5 star rating.
