Do not recommend. We had an appointment for two people and two women sitting outside acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. No greetings either - just rude and "we are busy and you can wait if you want." Rude employees - will not return when there are better options.

Edit to respond to owner's comment: we had an appointment yesterday; it may have been spelled differently because it is an English name. We called the night before and made the appointment - it was confirmed and the person we spoke to also asked if we knew how to get there because it was hard to find. The appointment was made by phone the afternoon before by a Moroccan friend who speaks fluent Darija.

Regardless if you made an error with the reservation, there were no apologies or good customer service. The employees were rude and I would not recommend.

My friend recommended this spa and i loved it! The therapist and I chose the relaxant massage and Moroccan hammam. I usually don’t like deep tissue or any hard massage. I asked her to be gentle and slow because I have very sensitive skin and it was such a great experience! Highly recommend. Super nice and clean and good customer service.
Definitely worth a visit! They also have great prices especially for Rabat

Possibly the worst place I've ever been to - should've turned around when I had the chance. The communication was great however the service wasn't. Would not recommend to tourists. The girls looked like they weren't expecting us, despite book a day in advance. The hammam service was terrible - it wasn't a steam room but a shower where they stuck 2 of us despite there being no space for two people. In addition, the employees continued to giggle and be unprofessional. For the pedicures they cut the nails way too short and it lasted about 10 mins out of which most of the time the girl was on her phone. Regardless of language barrier the employees did not even attempt to give us a moment to translate or understand a few gestures.

AVOID THIS SPA AT ALL COSTS

It was a really terrifying experience for me at this spa. Beware of their 5 star reviews by accounts that have only posted 1 review ever!

First off, they actually tried to steal my phone. When the massage began, I placed my phone on the table and the masseuse placed her phone next to mine. At the end of the massage I noticed my phone was gone and when I asked her, she gave a convoluted response and tried to rush me out of the spa. When I had a quiet moment to change, I rummaged through the room and found my phone stashed in a drawer full of their personal belongings. Why keep my phone away, but not the masseuse? Why not return my phone when I asked for it?

The pictures posted are not true - the spa is housed in a dilapidated building with stores that are shut. They didn’t even leave the lights on in the spa, and it was shrouded in darkness. The room had unwashed pillows full of stains. Out of my whole experience in Rabat, this was the most dangerous and uncomfortable location

When I was leaving the spa distraught and scared, I noticed the masseuse hanging the towel that she used to dry me with after my shower! So they don’t even wash their towels between customers

The massage was bad, the masseuse kept coughing and then touching me, and she kept pausing to use her phone

Great Hamam, clean with great facilities. Their staff are well qualified and efficient. A shout out to the worker who made sure my family and I had an amazing experience. The masseuse is so reassuring, respectful, kind and incredibly good at her job! :)
