Your response is simply inaccurate. We did have a reservation for 7 people at 9:00 PM under the name Ismail. Please check your records before publicly stating otherwise. We arrived on time and, when I politely asked whether our table was ready, the owner immediately raised his voice instead of handling the situation professionally. We were told there was no indication of how long we would have to wait, maybe 10 minutes, maybe longer. Trying to help resolve the situation, I pointed out that there was an available table for four and asked whether my VIP guests could at least be seated there and offered a drink while the rest of our party waited. Rather than trying to find a solution, he continued shouting and dismissed the suggestion. I’ve worked in hospitality myself, and I understand that delays happen, especially during busy periods. What I cannot understand is treating guests with disrespect instead of communicating calmly and offering alternatives. This is the first one star review I have ever left in my life, and it was not because of the wait. It was because of how we were treated. Google recommended your restaurant as one of the best places in town, and we were genuinely looking forward to our dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing before we even sat down. Had the situation been handled with courtesy and professionalism, we would likely have stayed and enjoyed our evening. Instead, we left feeling unwelcome. I wish you all the best, but I also hope you treat future guests with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience at this restaurant. We had made a reservation with a 5‑minute arrival span. We arrived within that window, yet the owner simply seated the first group that showed up instead of us. Rather than speaking to us calmly, we were publicly reprimanded in front of other guests, with no phone call to check where we were and no attempt to understand the situation. The owner even shut the door in my face, which felt aggressive and humiliating. At no point did anyone offer an apology or show any basic courtesy. For a restaurant in a festival city welcoming international visitors and artists, this lack of professionalism and this level of disrespect towards paying customers is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place.

Some of the best food we have had in Morocco! We had a bunch of the starters which were all very good. The anchovies and squid were my favorite. I also had the ribeye and it was tender and well cooked. The service was very helpful.

Superb food and service. An excellent restaurant. Only minor downsides are the cost (it is expensive) and a rather dark dining room.

It’s a nice place but we were sitting at one of the tables for 2 near the bar. Very crowded and a lot of noise with waiters passing the plates over our heads. We were like sitting in a corridor. No place for our bottle of water on the table so the bottle remained on the bar. As we were close to the bar, we have the buds of people at the bar right in our face. It a typical place “à la mode” but far too expensive ( same prices as in Europe) for the experience we got. Food was nice.
