Incredibly bad overpriced hotel. Except for the reception staff who were somewhat helpful, everything else about this hotel was awful. It was dirty and the facilities were basic and shabby. There was ongoing construction throughout the day and no toiletries inside the shower. I do not understand how this is a four star hotel. I had a coffee at the cafe upstairs. It ended up being one of the worst overpriced coffees I ever had. It was overburned and the presentation was distasteful. The servers are indolent and bad tempered.. I would recommend they go on some formal training to learn basic customer service. I would only recommend this hotel to people I extremely dislike.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. The juices were tasteless, as if they had been watered down, and the selection of food was pitifully lacking in diversity. It felt like I was eating the same bland items. To make matters worse, one of the restaurant staff members was shockingly disrespectful. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and it put a damper on the entire dining experience. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal during your stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat if you value a decent breakfast and respectful service. It was a letdown in more ways than one.

My stay at this hotel was thoroughly DISAPPOINTING and DISRESPECTFUL. INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS, BEWARE: they enforce a policy requiring a marriage certificate for couples to stay together, even though my spouse is not a Moroccan CITIZEN. They report this personal information to local authorities, and they will keep a copy of your private info in their files. Despite the exorbitant rates, the rooms are cramped, the in-room coffee is CHEAP, and the daily breakfast is monotonous and TASTELESS. To top it off, the pub/lounge upstairs blasts LOUD MUSIC every night, penetrating the poorly sound-insulated rooms. The staff, apart from the room cleaner, lack professionalism and exhibit rudeness. I strongly discourage more than a one-night stay. DEFINITELY NOT for group or event bookings.

The worst service ever, i came with my family to spend good time together and enjoy the view, but the service was terrible, it was a sunny day and the waitress couldn't find a place for us to set, or at least welcoming us, we pull some chairs to where the shadow is so we can wait for a spot to get empty, but he only came to bother us and telling us that we are on the way instead. We will never come back again and we will let our friends know about this terrible experience that we had.

Stayed in this hotel for a week but very bad experience. Toilet door is not closing, very bad smell from toilet, only one time provided drinking water, every day need ask for housekeeping for room service. Food buffet is not available every day. Overall very bad experience.

Rooms are very noisy. There is extremely loud music until very late at night (I am writing this at 1 a.m.) coming from the roof terrace. As a business hotel, this is unacceptable, as people have to be able to rest in order to work well early in the morning. When I called the reception, I was told the music would stopp at midnight, which it didn't. I've been here before on business but am not planning on coming back. On the other hand, if you like sleeping next to a night club, this might be the right place for you.

First time we arrived our room was not ready yet, but it was hardly a problem. Truly a smile goes a long way! And on the second day the concierge voluntarily recommended the best restaurants in town with a map highlighting where to go and how to get there! It made all the diffrence!!!!

Convenient for first time travellers to Rabat. Staff service is average. I had an issue with my hotel bill which finally came down to a misunderstanding but by then, the gentleman at the front desk had gotten upset and I was served with an attitude. Meals & drinks can be expensive. I bought a bottle of water for 40MAD ($4)! It cost 5MAD in the supermarket.
