They made a mistake with my phone order; it's a birthday cake for my little one. It's not a big deal, to err is human, but the cashier was incredibly rude and had a lot of manners to learn. She didn't even apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience, and what's worse, she did absolutely nothing to make amends: the bakers had left at 3 pm, and she couldn't offer any compensation. I asked her to call the manager, and she replied with a smirk that she couldn't bother him for that! A truly appalling lack of professionalism! I'm very disappointed with my experience.
