Imperial Hotel Rabat

Location is good as it's walking distance from Rabat Ville Train Station. Reception and breakfast area looks very good, service is good especially from the absolutely lovely lady who gave us Tea and Biscuits at reception when we checked-in (she also works in the breakfast area). Unfortunately the room did let us down after seeing an amazing reception area. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to our hotel in Casablanca and Marrakech and the bathroom was stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper whereas the other hotels had a minimum of at least 3 rolls each day (we were a group travelling) with no other tissues in the room itself so it felt like we were rationing toilet paper!

The hotel location is near the center where we could visit some special monuments such as Hassan Tower. The room we stayed in had a nice view and was clean. However, the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t working and the shower couldn’t be fixed which caused the water to get out of the shower area which was very uncomfortable. I highly recommend the hotel managers to fix these issues. The buffet for breakfast was varied, but it ended sooner, at 10.00 and once we arrived a bit late, ( before 10.00 ) many of the food items and drinks were almost finished and didn’t get replaced. The general mood of the hotel should be improved, especially the one at the buffet.

I had a disappointing experience at this hôtel . The customer service was severely lacking, with unhelpful staff who seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and amenities promised were either missing or in poor condition. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and not conducive to a relaxing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant accommodation experience.

We spent a night in the hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel is ideally situated, at walking distance from most sights. The rooms were on the smaller side but it is what you get for the price, very good value for money. Overall great experience, would book again.

Great new hotel and amazing staff. Specially Samir (breakfast restaurant manager) very friendly and made sure everything was up to standard. It would be nice if the triple room had more space but overall clean and comfortable room. The hotel is walking distance to Hassan tower and nearby to many restaurants, stores and public transport. Breakfast was really good.

Very good treatment, clean room and very professional staff, it has better quality than the stars it has. Amazing breakfast, wonderful music at breakfast, but the noise from the kitchen all the time and the serving of plates, glasses... is very disturbing. very loud!

The design is good the service is good, the rooms are clean, but the meals needs more choices also the breakfast menu needs more updates because not everyone eat the same food on the breakfast every day. So some reactivity ideas on meals will be good. Thanks for the service, I recommend it
